The U. S. Maritime Seamanship Academy is a hands-on, intensive program, designed to take operators to the next level of waterborne proficiency. With instructors formally of U.S. Customs, Coast Guard, and various State agencies, USMSA is poised to transfer decades of valuable knowledge to the next generation of boating enforcement professionals.  We are a fee and donation based, non-profit organization.
